Evenem accounting mobile application is a program designed for partners and customers of Evenem, serving as a tool to upload documents to the accounting office.
Basic functions of the application:

- take photo of documents
- add descriptions to invoices and set types,
- checking the status of documents,
- additional services.

How does our application? Its easy!

Login:
log in to the application using the data provided during the registration

Start:
- On the main screen, set the month you want to start settling Even accounting

Adding a document:
- Select the orange icon camera to scan the invoice
- take photo of accounting document. Photos do individually by placing the document in a frame on the screen

Describing the document:
- Select the type of document and add a description for accountants. Documents are automatically sent to the accounting office

List of documents:
- All the time you see the status of your documents, waiting for the shipment. You can edit or delete
- Here you will find the documents sent. You can see them at any time
- See the status of transfer documents, or information about the status of their shipment to the accounting office

From that moment your expenses appear in the "Records" in your User Control Panel even.
